Charged by an app called OurSong?
That payment did not go to OurSong Studio, and we cannot refund it.
We publish no mobile app. We sell only at oursong.studio. Money charged by an app never reached us, so there is nothing on our side to return. We know that is not what you wanted to hear, so the rest of this page is the route that does work.
Cancel it first, before anything else
If the app set up a subscription, it keeps charging you while a refund is being considered. Cancel before you do anything else.
iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Find the app and tap Cancel.
Ask Apple or Google for the refund
The money went to the app store that processed it, so that is who can return it. Both have time limits, so do this today rather than this week.
Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the charge and choose Request a refund.
Google: go to your Google Play order history, find the charge and choose Request a refund.
When they ask for a reason, say the app is not the business it appears to be. Being specific helps.
If the store says no, go to your bank
Contact your bank or card issuer and dispute the charge. Tell them the merchant is not who it claimed to be. Card schemes give you far longer than the app stores do, so a refusal from Apple or Google is not the end of it.
Report the listing
This is the step that actually gets it taken down, and it carries much more weight from people who were charged than from us.
Apple: on the App Store listing, scroll down and tap Report a Problem.
Google: on the Play Store listing, tap the three-dot menu, then Flag as inappropriate.
Choose the option about impersonation or misleading claims if you are offered one.
