By accessing or using OurSong (oursong.studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

OurSong provides a custom song creation service. Users submit personal details and preferences, and we produce original songs using AI-assisted lyrics generation and professional human production.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our production queue.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal-use licence for your custom song. You may share it privately and on social media. Commercial use (e.g. radio broadcast, resale) is not permitted without written consent. OurSong retains the underlying copyright and the right to use anonymised excerpts in marketing materials unless you opt out.

5. User Content

You grant OurSong a licence to use the personal details you provide solely for the purpose of creating your song. We will not share your stories or details publicly without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

OurSong is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver high-quality songs but cannot guarantee that every song will meet subjective expectations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
