Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your song. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your completed song is delivered.

How Refunds Work

1. Contact us at hello@oursong.studio within 30 days of receiving your completed song.
2. Tell us what went wrong. We'll first try to make it right — whether that means revising lyrics, adjusting the style, or re-producing your song.
3. If we can't fix it, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

What's Covered

• Songs that don't match the style or mood you selected
• Lyrics that contain factual errors about your story
• Technical quality issues with the audio
• Orders where production is significantly delayed beyond our stated timeframe

What's Not Covered

• Change of mind after approving lyrics and requesting production
• Subjective taste preferences that differ from the style you selected
• Orders cancelled after the song has been fully produced and delivered

Cancellation Before Production

If you need to cancel before your song enters production, contact us for a full refund. Once lyrics generation has begun, we'll assess on a case-by-case basis.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if you've received value from part of the service (e.g., you want to keep the lyrics but are unhappy with the audio production).

UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
