Is there an OurSong app?
No. We do not publish a mobile app. OurSong Studio operates one website, oursong.studio, and that is the only place to buy a custom song from us. We have nothing on the App Store and nothing on Google Play.
If you found an app under our name, it is not ours.

There is an app listed on the App Store and on Google Play under the name OurSong. On Android it uses the package name com.oursong.studio, which resembles our website address.
That app is not operated by, affiliated with, or connected to OurSong Studio. We did not build it, we do not receive money from it, and we cannot access anything you send to it or refund anything it charges you.
How to tell what is officially ours
- One website. oursong.studio. We use no other domain.
- No app, anywhere. Every OurSong song is created in a web browser. We have never published a mobile app.
- Four social accounts. Instagram @oursong.studio, TikTok and YouTube @oursongstudiomusic, and our Facebook page. Nothing else is us.

I was charged by an app called OurSong. Can OurSong Studio refund me?
No. If a mobile app charged you, that payment did not go to OurSong Studio and OurSong Studio cannot refund it. The refund has to come from Apple or Google, who processed it. OurSong Studio has published instructions at oursong.studio/not-our-app.
